
We know you’ve heard this sentence before, but Aveyo continues to grow. And, as we grow, we find that we need certain roles filled in order to support and refine our business to keep it on its current upward trajectory. Our most immediate need was to find a Chief Operating Officer. Luckily, we have talent pool of experienced individuals in-house, so we didn’t need to look very far.
We are pleased to announce Grant Miser as Aveyo’s Chief Operating Officer.
Grant Miser’s career has been as successful as it’s been diverse. His experience spans across many markets and disciplines, including solar, telecommunications, and emerging tech. He’s a seasoned leader in the direct-to-consumer and door-to-door sales industry, bringing more than 17 years of high-level knowledge that focuses on driving growth, building elite teams, and pioneering systems that can scale. Throughout these nearly two decades, he’s created a reputation of developing people just as intentionally as he develops companies.
Over the past four years, Grant has played a pivotal role in the solar sector as he’s led the creation of training systems, elevated sales standards, and helped Aveyo expand its footprint through strong leadership and culture development. While his immediate focus has been Aveyo’s sales channel, he is no stranger to managing high-level operations. In fact, he previously held the role of COO for both Caliber Solar and Satton Satellite.
Grant is a certified John Maxwell Coach and BYU graduate with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. It is that curious combination that gives him the rare ability to simplify complex concepts, inspire teams, and build systems that create consistent success at scale.
